Suncrest Neighborhood
The first phase of SouthFace Village’s Mountain Chalet collection is now complete. It includes six fully furnished homes, each approximately 3,400 square feet. The homes offer three-story floor plans, professionally designed interiors, and expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

There are currently three townhome buildings: Sugar Maple, Tamarack and Blue Spruce, including 3, 4, and 5BR floor plans.   All homes are ski-on/ ski-off and fully furnished, with connected living spaces throughout.  Depending on location, owners and guests enjoy either mountain or valley views.
